Ok I'm on a mission to find unique jewelry for my industrial (14g, 1.25 or 1.5") The one I currently have is actually quite unique, but I'm itchin for something new. I'll take a photograph tonight and post tomorrow. Any ideas? Thanks in advance all!
pics.....hooray! you know i like pics critt.k! as it relates to body jewelry, believe it or not, bortman4 sells body jewelry. if you catch him online here, hit him up! oh - and are you still doing the ink/piercing combo? oooh i want to see!!
Tuna ><((((*> the other white meat!
Ok here's what I have. (ah, what a beautiful ear, i know, i know What can i say?)
Oooh, now I gotta look for bortman, thanks for the info Tuna. Yes, I still have all intentions of doing my piercing ink combo. The piercing will probably take place within the next 3 weeks or so. The ink..... well, i need to decide what exactly to work into it. I like the idea of the butterfly, though usually I don't go for the usual girly tattoos. I like more original. We'll see. PLEASE feel free to post some ideas. I REALLY like the idea pf it playing into the piercing though.
Be yourself...... Everyone else is taken!
Oh wow, this really IS special. It has a certain movement in it..if you know what I mean. And definitely love the color, too. Keep us posted on the ink/piercing combo please if you do not mind!!

very nice - - i totally rocks critt.k! i will IM you the contact details for bm4.
i havent gotten the industrial yet, so I do not know how it feels
The only stupid question is the one that remains unasked
im not much into piercings, but the only one i want, that i am now allowed to have because im 18, is an industrial in my left ear, then from there, I do not know,
Does the industrial not hurt like the dickens? I mean, just my cartlige took FOREVER to finally fully heal.....
I didn't think the industrial was bad at all. The most painful part to me was them putting on the screw after the piercing. Oh and HAIRDRESSERS.. you need to put them on the lookout for that piercing, they have a horrible habit of getting a brush or comb stuck and yanking.
Yeah......I finally had to take my post out and put a hoop in it, and it then healed...AFTER A YEAR! I guess it was because I was always hitting it with the brush or something. I wanted to gauge it, but uh hell no! It'd probably take 5 yrs to heal lol.
the industrial was slightly painful for me... not a big deal, but there was still some pain there.... mine took a while to heal too. for some reason i had a lil ball of puss that finally went away after about a year when my jewelry fell off accidentally while i was sleeping... and the puss ball thing was finally gone... that thing was painful when things got caught on it for that entire tome.
hi everyone! i haven't posted much, but i read through the forums a lot and feel like i have to make a few piercing posts! here's what i have:
left ear...four in the lobe, three in the cartilage, and tragus
right ear...four in the lobe, two in the cartilage, and conch
i also have my nose and tongue pierced...had my eyebrow pierced for five years, which seems like a long time since i've read about so many migrating out...decided to take it out eventually because i kept taking it out every day for work and just didn't feel like having it in anymore. haven't gotten any new piercings in years...sometimes it's tempting though!
I love them both!
I've had 14 piercings, all in my ears, and not all at once. Currently I have seven ear piercings. I work a professional job and the three that are in all of the time, most people don't notice. It can be a pain, though. I recently had to have a CT scan and x-rays and wasn't able to take the earrings out (I don't know how on two of them and on the third, I think the screw is stripped...).
I also have a tattoo on my lower back. I kept it hidden from my mom for years!
I've had my tongue, nipple and my septum done. My septum was stretched to 10 gauge. I took my tongue piercing out after less than a year. I kept my septum for about 10 years. Eventually I realized I hadn't worn my septum ring only the retainer for so long that I just took it out. I only got one nipple done because I couldn't afford both. It ended up getting some scar tissue and now I have a fat sausage nipple. The only one I miss is the septum ring and only from time to time. Anime, definitely go for a centered lip piercing. It looks way better if you ask me. It's one of the better piercings a girl can have. My wife has both nostrils done. One very small stud in both. Very cute and not super noticeable. She was just hired for a professional job and wore them to both interviews.
The best thing about piercings is you can just take them out when you bored with them. Tattoos can take years to laser off. That is if your lucky enough to get it to go completely away.

hahaha. sorry to hear about the sausage nipple. did you get the scar tissue while the piercing was in or later on?
i took my eyebrow ring out about four years ago...besides one infection early on, it was really good to me for five years and i didn't have any problems. when i took it out it was fine...now i suddenly have this big bump underneath the skin...started a few weeks ago. the hole is obviously closed up so it's not like anything got in there and infected it. i'm wondering if you can get scar tissue randomly years later or if it's some other weird skin thing...anyone know anything about this? it's not oozing or anything, just a hard bump...hmmm...
I don't know how when it happened to be honest. I took it out about probably 10 years ago. I did get it stretched to 10 gauge so that may have affected things some. Mine never seemed to heal right so it probably happened while the ring was in. That's my guess.

Tuna ><((((*> the other white meat!
I don't know if I have any. I just bought my first camera almost seven years ago so large parts of my life went undocumented. I'll see what I can dig up.
I agree with you 2na, very sexy! I for one am a fan of self mutilation as well...lol I have 7 tattoos (working on my 8th) and have 7 piercings, had 8 but that one is gone . I love them all and would not change any of them if I could!

I want my big toe done. Thinkin of doin it this weekend
I want my big toe done.
hey critt.k, went searching for more toe pics in hopes of fining a hoop thru one. what i did find were many fused toe piercing.
Too bad I don't have webbed toes! LOL
AHA! like this, but i think on my big toe. Thouhg, maybe not, this looks good too.
This looks good but as its a surface piercing in the place that it is it really would last very long at all and would probably be a right pain in the bum to look after
If everybody looked the same, we'd get tired of looking at each other
AHA! like this, but i think on my big toe. Though, maybe not, this looks good too.
i just love it critt.k, because it is not overdone already on the streets. that piercing along with some floral ink and a few vines atop the foot instep area...indeed!
Thanks for fixing that spelling mistake on the quote of mine LOL! Can't believe I posted like that.
Reminds me of one I saw with a banana piercing on top the toe which combined with a butterfly tattoo to form the antenna balls on top of the butterfly tattoo- was simple stellar!
Oooohhhh. Sounds delightful. The problem with it being not overly done, is I can find NO info on it. Pain, healing, etc. Yes, it will definitely get some ink along with it in the future
