Sorry to tell you this, there is no way to disable the Google Activity record.
You are only able to turn on, or turn off the e-mail or text message alerts that it can send to notify you that an ip address or other security change has occurred on your Google Account.

Disappointing, indeed. However, there is good and bad about this. On the one hand, Google is allowing you to see what is recorded in the host server. The host server - i.e. the computer records the the Google Software runs on, records every ip address, time, city logged in from, etc. was accessed from. This is not unique to Google, every website and host on the internet that you visit records this information.

What Google has done, is create a log that batches all of this information and attaches it specifically to your account.

On the one hand, you now can see it and receive a message - supposedly with the intent that if someone accessed your Google account "like a friend, spouse, someone who stole your phone", you could be alerted.

On the other hand, if you can access it, anyone smart enough to hack into your Google account can also, included private investigators and law enforcement, and anyone you gave your password to.

Realistically however, anyone who borrows your phone, uses the same computer you use that you did not log out of Google from, etc. are totally undetectable, since you are technically still logged in anyway. As long as they do not change your password, or attempt other security triggers, you would never receive an "alert".

Personally, this is a poor feature and a security issue in my opinion. But get used to it, everything you do on the internet is recorded by more than one computer. Your best option would be to use a proxy computer, however merely would make your Google activity appear under a different ip address, the logs will still exist and the date and time of use would still show up in Google Activity.

Re: Delete gmail last account activity
Yeah, exactly. What if your sharing a youtube, and you need an email so you can both access..You don't really want that person to know where you are if for example they are (internet) friends. I would really disagree with that all emails save your location. I went to see Live.com and there was no location information! It would be that only gmail is doing this. And if your really scared about having your account hacked, then gmail should god damn make options to why you made the email, youtube, business, or private money making email or whatever.. just give us a break, now everything is gone thanks to stupid gmail that showed my location and I didn't really want to show it. I love you gmail <3 Keep up the good work. AND PLEASE FIND A DAMN WAY TO DELETE THE ACTIVITY LOG! NOT DISABLE BUT DELETE ! D:<

Even if never show is pressed, account activities are still shown.
