Here is the situation, this facebook tech support is accusing me that someone has reported me. Well I never harrass anyone, never go to any discussion forum on facebook, or have never emailed or sent unsolicited friend request to people who I do not know in person.
This is first reply I have gotten from one today, within 5 days of the email was to sent to facebook. I am going crazy now because i refuse to create another account because this is my university email account that got disabled on facebook and would like it enabled, because I have family and friends to keep in touch with.
If I dont hear a reply from this facebook tech support, I am going to file a lawsuit against facebook for wrongfully accusing me something I have never done in the first place.
One of Facebook's main priorities is the comfort and safety of our
users. Your account was disabled because you engaged in behavior other
users reported as harassing in nature. It is a violation of Facebook's
messages, friend requests, pokes or other features. We will not be
able to reactivate your account for any reason. This decision is final.

I have been contacting you guys for several days. I am not getting one
single reply back from and the tech support at facebook, regarding my
account. I have family members and friends that I need to keep in touch
with. You are delaying my contact with them over this christmas break.
I need my account re-enable please, I have been trying to get ahold of
a tech support, but so far no reply, what is my queue in line thanks,
and please get my account working as fast as possible.
