Facebook - can't make any of my pictures public

I've had my Facebook security pretty high - no photos to the public, wall only for friends, public could see my quotes and and pages and that was it. Today I tried to create an "everyone" album and it's not showing up to everyone. When a non-friend looks at my account, they see no links to any photo albums, no photos tab, no nothing. I doublechecked to make sure this album was set to "everyone" ... is there another setting I am missing? Please help.

Facebook what is wrong...I can't post my pictures in a Group that I belong to! No one can see it and make comments. I made my setting Public, but still does not work. I even tried to send it to my sister and it won't go...please what am I doing wrong? Thank you Theresa

Okay I got it. It was under application settings to show the Photos tab at all... Facebook is truly getting to be worse than Myspace ever was. And don't get me started on Zuck's censorship.
