I have tried all the people finders, but they never come up right with the maiden names.
peoplefinders.com sometimes lists "alternate names" and it may come up. Intellius.com will list possible relatives/associated names. Sometimes those can provide some clues.
intellius.com is really great. i did it on my hubby before we got married (i'm totally crazy). very accurate, for me at least. you do have to pay $25 or whatever, but if it is worth it to you....it was for me.
My husband and i opted for a confidential marriage license, so i would check ifshe was married in a state that also provided this. found a little excerpt for you from http://www.losangelesmarriagelicense.com/
this just may save you time wading thru public records, because a lot of people opt for this now.
California is a confidential marriage license state which means that you can opt for a marriage license that will be a uniquely private wedding license. For a confidential wedding license .... the marriage certificate will be sealed from public access or review. Consequently, only the bride and groom and the minister need to be present; witnesses are not necessary.
How does a confidential marriage license vs. a regular marriage license benefit you? One great benefit of a confidential marriage license is that you will not be inundated with telemarketers and spammers who can get your personal information from public records.
Depending on when they got married you could go to different site like bed bath and beyond and look for their registry. Or try theknot.com and search for her husbands name? If it is within the past year at least I know they keep that stuff up their, or you just may get lucky!
Have you tried looking her up in the county clerk of courts website??
If you look up courts records or marriage records, or official records and search her husband's name, hopefully you know it, then it will show a marriage license and her maiden name will show up.
Good luck with finding it.
Ancestry.com should have it, they have had it on any married person I looked up and they have a free 14 day trial.
"True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing. And in knowing that you know nothing, that makes you the smartest of all
This site shows county record sites. Many have free search indexes.
sometimes they have that stuff online in court records...in some states at least.
name changes, court stuff...
just following critterkeeper's train of thought *high five*
*little do they know...*
It keeps coming up as a town that I know isn't where she was born, it's near there.
classmates doesnt work. =/
maybe I could find where they were born? BUT I have no idea how to find that either
Do you know where either of them are from, as in, hometown? If so, dig through the local paper's online archives, see if you can find a wedding announcement, or something. If you can find either a wedding or engagement announcement, you should be able to find out her maiden name.
"How do you know I'm mad?" asked Alice."You must be", said the cat, "Or you wouldn't have come here"
She heard about a place people were smilin', they spoke about the Red Man's way and how they loved the land...
if you know where "she" went to school/college, then try classmates.com or reunion.com. both sites list maiden and married name.
Tuna ><((((*> the other white meat!
im trying to find out what her maiden name was before she was married, lol.
Which is obvious...but I know her married name.
Do you know where she went to school? Any chance of any criminal charges? They're public record, most you can pull up online.
Be yourself...... Everyone else is taken!
Do you already know the maiden name and are trying to find her based on it, or are you trying to find out her maiden name?
