iCloud: A Cheater's Nightmare

Photo-stream

Apple released iCloud for Mac, PC and iOS5 devices this week and after only a few days, millions of users have already started using the service.  However two features of the new iCloud service could cause big problems for anyone cheating or otherwise doing things they might not ought to be doing.

Photostream:

One of the most ballyhoo'd features of iCloud is Photo Stream.  To quote Apple's website:

With iCloud, when you take a photo on one device, it automatically appears on all your other devices. No syncing. No sending. Your photos are just there. Everywhere you want them.

Every picture snapped on your iPhone or iPad are automatically streamed to every other iPhone, iPad, PC or Mac configured with the same iCloud account.  A photo taken on your iPhone at the bar at 2am will near-instantly appear on your computer at home or on the iPhone of your spouse trying to text-message you asking what you're doing.  And the best part?  You cannot delete individual photos from your iCloud Photo Stream.

You read that right: Once you take a picture, it will automatically be added into your Photo Stream and once that happens you cannot delete it.  Every pictures is stored on the Photo Stream for 30 days, or until you take over 1000 pictures, whichever comes first.

**Update for iOS 6: You can now delete pictures from your photostream, but only on the device you are deleting it from (it stays on the other device's Photostream)

Update 2013 - iOS 7 - Now when you delete a picture from Photostream, it is deleted from all devices.  If you use iPhoto had configure it to download your images, the downloaded images will not be deleted.

The Find Friends App:

Another new feature of iOS5 is a free app called "Find Friends".  Similar to the Find My iPhone service of iCloud, Find Friends allows you to invite people to follow you wherever you go.  Once you give authorization to allow someone to follow you, they will know where you are 24/7, without any notice.   Scorned lovers across the globe may already be secretly inviting and authorizing themselves (without the knowledge of the phone-owner, if they have access to the phone) to track their cheating husband or wife and every step they take.

Smart divorce lawyers out there may already be instructing husbands and wives how to use these great new services.

P.S. I don't think you can show any info obtained from a phone spy app to a judge since those apps in many cases violate the law and you agree to not do so when using app...fyi

Yes. If you can still access her cloud there are programs which can help you..2 of which I've used myself. ( found out my ex of 12 years was cheating the entire time, more than once a day, with hookers, and is a sex addict ). There is "hoverwatch" which takes periodical photos, records calls & the basic other stuff and webwatcher is good. One of them you do not need access to get phone if you have her cloud credentials, for an additional fee, the company will install it remotely. I forgot which one though.

You can track her through FindMy Iphone. Logging in will not notify her, unless wile logged in you send an alert to the "missing" phone. Hope this helps, I use it frequently.

You can't use iCloud services like this "silently" because they are designed to prevent exactly what you are trying to do. No software is going to change that, but there are many scammers just waiting to take your money, claiming they can. They cant.

I need to know step by step I have my boyfriend iCloud account and password do I type his in my phone or mines in his phone in order for his text to come to me first I went to settings >messages > send & receive > (his iCloud account & password) > not sure what to put for you can be reached at I message at or the other one please help

You have to put it into his phone to have text messages forwarded to yours, and in your phone to get iMessages.

I have many reasons to believe that my wife may be cheating on me. I won't go into a lot of detail. I have access to her phone and her passwords and icloud passwords (she has mine as well because we've never had reason not to trust one another) but I fear she may be deleting her text messages. Neither of us use icloud or itunes to back up. We also use a pre paid phone plan that wouldn't track her text messages (to the best of my knowledge). Is there a way to recover her deleted text messages so that I can finally prove that I know and move on with my life?

As i know there are some way to restore messages from iCloud. But these recovered message can't solve your problem. I think you can make a talk with your wife. It will be better than other method.

How can I view my boyfriends message on my phone using iCloud

It's easy.. Just add your boyfriend's icloud username and password into your phone under icloud settings then enter his password under "messages" settings. Dont forget, he's going to get all sorts of emails and pop-up messages on his phone when you do it, so let him know to watch for those when you ask for his password.
