Please help me with moving gifs!!

Hi everyone!

I have Photoshop cs3 and I know the very basics of making gifs from videos. Here's the thing: I want to make a gif into a new, blank 'document.' When I place the selected frames into the new document, it is not positioned in the way that I want it to be. Simply using the move tool won't move all my selected frames so that I can position it where I want it to be.

If anyone can help me figure out how to move the selected frames so that I can position them the way I want, I will be enternally grateful. Thank you guys!1

Do you get any error, or just nothing happens?

I don't get an error or anything, nothing happens. By the way, this gif I'm trying to make is from a video, so there are multiple frames I want to move, but nothing happens :(

How are you opening the frames? Are you importing them? Are you trying to move the frames or layers? (I'm using CS6 so I don't have the exact same setup as you)

Try holding a modifier key such as Shift or Ctrl when trying to position.
