My email account has been hacked by somebody and they have changed my password and also my security question. The only other option I have is to contact customer support and fill in the form with all my personal details so they can validate me and send a reset link. However, whenever I fill in the form with all the correct information, I click submit and it says there is an error and they ask me to sign in again. Which of course means I have to go back to the start and fill in the form all over. It keeps coming up with the error and after 4 attempts, it says I can't have anymore attempts for another 24 hours.
Does anybody know why it tells me there is an error when submitting the form? Is it a problem with Windows Live or just my account? I appreciate any help you can give me. I contacted Windows yesterday but they haven't replied yet. Its been 2 days since I haven't had access to my email and I'm really concerned.
