spyware terminator

my spyware protection ("spyware terminator") supposedly found a critical item or whatever, and since im not smart with these things i figured it knew what it was talking about. turns out what i removed was important. so now i cant open anything like aim, internet, (this isnt my computer) etc. need a way to fix it?

What, exactly happens when you try to open AIM, Internet, etc? Are you getting any error messages? if so, what do they say?
