Chili Cheese Dip

If you're having a few friends over and you just want to serve an easy snack to go with the beer, this is yummy and very easy.
Dip

 

  • 2 cans chili con carne - Pick your favorite and your spice level
  • 1 large box Velveeta - They also make this now with flavors, so experiment

Cut the block of Velveeta into 1 inch cubes. Put the Velveeta and Chili beans into a large microwavable bowl. Heat for about 4 minutes or until the ingredients have melted together. That's it!

If you want to portion it out into a smaller serving dish you can. After serving, if it gets too thick, just zap it again.
