I don't know if anyone else has this same issue, but I just started using Internet Explorer again instead of Mozilla Firefox. I noticed that on MySpace pages viewed in Internet Explorer, some of the margins inside of the tables seem to be cut off too early. For example, in a friend of mine's General Interests, she has a paragraph of her interests. In Mozilla, this paragraph reaches to the end of the table. However, when viewed in Internet Explorer, this paragraph seems to get cut off with much space to spare until it reaches the table margins. This is sort of annoying because it often cuts off words in the middle and puts them on the next line:
Example of Mozilla:
I like to read and dance and sing and just have
a good time with my friends. I also like to play
sports and watch them too. My favorite sports
are softball and volleyball....
Example of Internet Explorer:
I like to read and dance and sing
and just have a good time with m
y friends. I also like to play sports
and watch them too. My favorite sp
orts are softball and volleyball...
This also seems to happen with the Comment table as well. Does anyone know of any fixes for this?
In regards to my post, I guess it didn't put the | lines where I had them in the post. The lines are supposed to line up after each sentence, with the Internet Explorer ones extending out further to line up with the ones from the Mozilla paragraph.
I'm not quite sure why they moved this topic to the HTML Forum. This is not an HTML question, this is a MySpace question, where I originally posted it.
insert <br> for line breaks
insert <p> to skip a line
