Because of dynamic IP addresses you can't really get name an address info from an IP because it'll trace back to the ISP office(since they're technically the owner of the IP addresses, unless a user pays extra for static) and the ISP "leases" them to users.You used to be able to get an IP from looking through the page code but that's changed now.
