Cant open website something is blocking it

I get a similar message when I use IE. I have been to that site before. its a site that lets you create a chat room for your myspace or other sites.

I cant get into my own chat that I created it says I can not connect.

Still the same proble. My lap top won't go in ...my desk top on the same IP will..W T H !!!

I'm having same issue now with my firefox. It works fine on chrome but I don't use that often and my firefox has everything stored on it. If anyone can help I'll keep checking out the page.
