Crock pot tomato chicken

Put your chicken parts on the bottom of the crockpot.

In a separate bowl, empty a can of crushed tomatoes. Season to taste, I used some Parmesan cheese, fresh garlic, and a chopped onion. Pour over chicken, and leave on low for 7-8 hours.

The crushed tomatoes and the juice from the chicken make a great sauce for on top of pasta.

It worked! This is a fantastic dish. I made it for my family Wednesday evening. I used a can of diced tomatoes w/green chiles and garlic. F-a-b-u-l-o-u-s and I will definitely make it again.

Thanks for posting & sharing it LadyCerridwen48!!

You're very welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it.  I'm going to try it next time with Salsa, instead of the Italian seasonings I used last time.

"How do you know I'm mad?" asked Alice.
"You must be", said the cat, "Or you wouldn't have come here"
