Nordic Ware not makes granite dishes that do not get hot in the microwave. Progressive makes plastic plates etc that don't get hot in the microwave but I'm not eating off a plastic plate at a dinner party. So I guess Nordic Ware it is. And if it gets hot I'm smashing all the dishes, returning them, and demanding a refund!
