Simple Lemon Pepper Chicken

  • 1 pack skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • Lemon pepper seasoning (pretty cheap at Wmart)
  • 1 stick of butter

Cut the chicken into strips and place in a baking pan. Melt half a stick of butter and add enough lemon pepper sesoning to taste. Pour seasoning over chicken .Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (the actual time will depend on your oven, so keep an eye on it so it doesn't overcook and make the chicken tough). Halfway thru, turn the pieces over, melt the other 1/2 of the butter add seasoning, and pour over the chicken.

Continue baking til done.

Uee Olive oil instead

Amazing! This is one chicken recipe that I will keep for life.

No. Olive oil will not provide the same flavor
