Easy Rigatoni for beginners


  • 1 bag noodles.....shells work pretty well
  • 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • little bit of butter

Cook noodles according to directions. While cooking noodles, in a separate saucepan, throw in a little butter and the tomato sauce. Once that is hot, add the cheese til it melts. Once the noodles are done, and the cheese has melted, add tomato/cheese sauce to noodles and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. You can adjust the amounts as needed, more or less cheese, and sauce depending on how you like it. It does make a good amount and it is cheap....and so good!
