[Facebook chat] Is this possible?

I found an old chat on my boyfriend's account that had been auto saved into his messages. He claims he never had that chat session, but there are other saved chats from the exact time and date with known friends he admits to talking to at that time. The person he was chatting to was added a week earlier and he claims to have never met them. They have no common friends. This chat session and adding of this one person is the only weird activity that we can find.
1. Is it possible for someone to add a friend to your FaceBook without you knowing?
2. Is it possible for someone to chat with someone else while you are on FaceBook at the same time?
3. Is it possible to somehow compare the IP address/location of the chat he had with this person (using the saved instant message), against the chats with known friends at the same time to see if there are different locations?
4. When I right click on the message a "view source" option comes up. When opened there is just a lot of computer speak in it. Is this just for message or is it for that whole page?

Thankyou so much for your help.

1. 2. 3. 4. --- no.

Do yourself a favor and chalk this up as a loss and a lesson learned right now. Don't try to convince yourself of non cheating by searching for excuses to justify the losers behaviour. A filthy cheater is as a filthy, loser cheater does, and what cheaters DO when they get caught red handed is to just deny deny deny deny deny deny. No matter how much or strong the evidence against them, theyll just lie lie lie lie lie, and try to make YOU feel like the one with the problem. Ditch this lowly scumbag NOW, because if you get suckered into their lies it's only a matter of time before they do it again to you, and again and again and again. and THAT MY FRIEND IS A GUARANTEE. Once a cheater, always a cheater, they don't ever change.
