Venison tenderloins.......Melt in your mouth....

Ingredients:

tenderloins

Salt, pepper, garlic, chilli powder, paprika, Dr. Pepper

taters, Mushrooms, carrots, celery

and any other vegetable you want.......

 

You will also need: Large casarole dish.....

 

Preheat oven to 400  place tenderloins in dish and pour Dr. Pepper over the meat....

Cook until the meat starts to blanch...(turn color)

Remove from oven and place on pan to the side.

Cover dish and save for later use in recipe....

Prepare and slice all vegetables and place in dish as well....

take meat and place on foil and season with the other ingredients...Wrap in foil and place in oven directly on the racks. place a dish under the meat to catch All the drippings!!!

Reduce the heat to 170 and allow to fully cook...2-3 hours...the slower the better!!!

Remove from oven an cut the Tenderlions into smaller portions and place in dish with the vegetables and collected ddrippings......allow to cook until the taters are done...

 

Remove from oven place on table, allow to cool, then dig in!!!
