I just bought my first gas stove and love it The only problem I'm coming across is when trying to simmer spaghetti sauce for a long period of time it keeps coming to a rapid boil almost immediately any suggestions?
Did you turn it all the way down to ‘low’ ?
Assuming you did, if it’s still getting too hot, use a smaller burner.
If all of your burners are the same size, try using a deeper pot.
