Hacking into my hotmail & Social Networking accounts

My Ex keeps finding a way to hack into my social network. I have asked her to stop and she wont everytime i change my account details she finds away to hack into it.

She mentioned in passing conversation she is using a website s]which alerts her when new accounts are opened.

How can i stop this can anyone help?

It's actually very easy to prevent:
1) Change all of your passwords, including and especially on the email account that you use to sign up with on your social media accounts
2) Change all of your "recovery" or "forgot password" questions - you know, like "what street did you grow up on". It's likely she knows the answers so change them to things she can't know
3) Most important - turn on "two factor" authentication wherever it's offered - Facebook has it, Gmail has it, iCloud has it and I think Twitter has it. With two-factor authentication enabled, any time you log on from a new device (computer, phone, etc) a code will be sent to your phone. If you don't enter that code, you can't log in. This will make it impossible for anyone else to log-on to your account unless they have your phone in their hands. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's pretty much bulletproof..

But for Hotmail, they call it "2 Step" authentication.
