I've had the imagereview one before, but not the admintool.

My guess is that MySpace might randomly check pictures for TOS violations.

The admin tool thing might be along those same lines. Maybe someone reporter the MySpace in question and an admin was checking out what's what?

Its normal, happens all the time. In fact, if you search gug you can probably find several threads about it.

It usually happens when you upload a new picture; however, it can also happen randomly.

yeah, imagereview has hung out at my profile a few times. i wasn't quite as concerned with that as the admintool. both in the same hour!

right when i was fiddling with ANOTHER very interesting url (well, urls) i found in my tracker yesterday. i'll post if i figure anything out....but anyone have the admintool.myspace.com.index.cfm?action=urlscreening hit?

it kinda freaks me...then makes me think i may be onto something Innocent

urlscreening is used for checking pages for phishing links and other blacklisted sites you might have hotlinked on your profile.

I know we all like to assume the worst, but chances are very slim myspace is really on to anything they didnt already know ;)

nvr, you could be absolutely right about wonderin' why myspace is hittin' your profile. maybe you are on to something, and you're too close for their comfort. i've never had myspace administration  hit my page, that i know of. but with something like 200 million members, i imagine they might have something better to do.

but with you playing around, you might just have hit on something! here's hoping! but don't get them too mad, ok? juliek

Interesting...I have createblog in both my headline and my about me sections.    This morning I noticed that it was no longer working in the headline.  When I checked it out I found that the code had disappeared only in the headline.   I checked my tracker statistics again and found I  just got an imagereview url from myspace.  I wonder if the disappearance had anything to do with the imagereview?  This is the second time I've had an imagereview in about 2 months.

Most trackers work by placing an image on your page. So yes, imagereview can come along and see an image they dont like, and remove it. Its the sad nature of the beast, when you use something that violates myspace's TOS, they have the right to remove it.
