Re: Judge Pirro

funny you say that! we already tried that awhile ago. we bought a spendy little recorder and my husband put it in his shirt where no one could see it and tried going over to her house so many times! she was home everytime too, but wouldn't answer the door! As for calling her, she either hangs up, or just doesn't answer. boo! =z

Re: Judge Pirro

thanks ! yeah that's what my husband said so we just decided to try and record her in person thinking the over the phone laws wouldn't apply if we did it in person. But oh well, she would straight up look at us and never answer the door. As for future contact with her, we aren't going to try to contact her and I very highly doubt that she will. The whole thing just makes my blood boil because I guess I was super naive and thought you can actually trust people, this has really opened my eyes.

UPDATE-Re: Judge Pirro

So my sis talked to the judges people and they said they aquired the information thru public records themselves. I had no clue it was a public record, (shows how much I've been in ordeals like this!). They will fly her and a witness (me), to chicago for free with hotel and dinner paid for...the other lady just has to agree to it. We don't think she will, but who knows.

So they said they will get back to my sis if she says yes.

WE'LL SEEEEEE!!!

Re: Judge Pirro

I would say phone records would be good, especially if there are incoming phonecalls from the lady and her son's side... because them calling would have a purpose... and unless they have recordings of you harassing them, I don't see why'd they would call you unless there was some sort of business between your side and theirs... (see where I'm going with that??)

Do you not have any phone messages from them saved?? voicemails??

I also suggest screening their calls... I'm guessing they're pretty ticked if they've been served... and might leave some nasty messages... which might be beneficial to you as long as they're not pulling the 'why are you doing this, we weren't involved' sorta messages...

And eyewitnesses to the apology is good... any witnesses to anything where she admitted fault is good...

And even if the kid does lie under oath, they usually have nervous ticks and don't do it very well...

all in all... if you look at it... your sis is evidently taking her to court either way... she's either going to win or lose... whether it's on tv or not... and as long as your side stays calm and doesn't make a scene, people will forget you even if you do lose... it's the hysterical people that look like idiots... and like you've said.... free trip!

Re: Judge Pirro

Thanks Anime! The sad thing is her son is only 6, I would just hate for a kid that young to have to go on trial for something so ridiculous that should have been handled civily.  =/

Re: Judge Pirro

Hello, I just recently appeared on the show and as promised I was payed after I won the case. I would strongly advise that if you have every bit of evidence that you can and if your sister can choose the producer to work with I would suggest you go with the woman that I used. Her name is Jacquie XXXXXX, shes a bit hyper but was fun to talk to and was pretty much staight forward with the information concerning the show and dealing with your case. One key thing you should know before you get too excited is the other party has to agree to appear on the program also before this can all come together. If you want more info you can contact me at XXXXXXX. Hope this helps, Rick
