OMG! I LOVED these crayons. As soon as I would get a box, i would dump them all out and spend at least an hour, organizing them by color. Of course starting with Red, then the Pinks (fuschias etc) orange yellow, green, blue, violet, then the browns. Each section went from darkest to lightest. I would get a piece of paper, and make marks to see which in fact was darker. Then freak if anyone did not put the crayon back in the right spot. To this day my father talks of how he refused to color with me as a child because I was a crayon nazi.
My fisher Price Talk to Me, I posted it at the top of the forum. Man I loved that thing... I would spend hours listening to it. THen try to make it work on everything... Like the dog. I had this thought that it would just tell me about anything I put it on. I carried the player with me everywhere, it looked high tech.
BTW, I still organize my crayons.. and my daughters
I broke every toy I had as a kid. My mom said I would pick them up, raise it above my head and then slam it to the ground. If it didn't break I would play with it until it did. Now, this doesn't qualify as a toy, but I would cut off my pinky finger to have the first pro model skateboard I ever owned. I have a new one in plastic but it's not the one. It was a Powell Peralta Per Welider Street Model.
I have 2 good old pro boards, also Powell Peraltas. Both are Steve Caballeros. I really liked the dragon design. I ordered them both from the back of Thrasher magazine. Still got 'em, and a few scars from when I used them.
