Making word docs available on the web

Can someone help with this please?

I want to publish a crossword I have compiled, onto a forum. I haven't much knowledge of WORD and HTML, but followed instructions and have it saved as a document in 'documents and settings.' How do a manage to get it uploaded onto a forum...I obviously need some sort of webcode to be able to do this? I have absolutely no idea, and need to do this asap as I have a deadline.

Thanks

ps..sorry if this is the wrong section to post this in..wasn't sure.

You will have to convert to document to HTML, which, depending on the version of Word you are using will range from easy to impossible. Also, depending on how you convert it, it may not come out looking exactly as you had hoped.

Once you have it in HTML, you can view that HTML code in a text editor and copy/past the code into a forum post, assuming the forum you want to post it to allows HTML posts.

What version of Word are you using? and i am assuming you want to post it into an existing forum somewhere - not create a new forum, which is a whole book unto itself..

Hi, it's 2007 and on Vista. I also have another similar program called OpenOffice.org 3.0 on my other pc. Thought I'd mention that incase that program would be easier.

Oh and yes..existing forum not new one.
