Re: NEED CAR AUDIO ADVICE!!!

if you want to stay under the 1000 range. Go with KICKER. I spent 600.00 and got two 2008 kicker comps, a kicker ZX.300.1 4 channel amp, a super bass pro box, a fosgate amp install kit. A JVC headunit. And i also got my windows tinted 15%. Fosgate are good and all but you spend more on the name than you do product. kickers are cheap and the HIT. ive had cops called out to my house three times with reports that they could be heard a full block over and im only 15 i thought thats was braggin rights.

Wiring 2 ohm and 4 ohm subwoofers
Is there any way I can wire two 2 ohm subs with two 4 ohm subs and get a 1 or 2 ohm impedance

Probably. But you will have better luck getting an answer asking your question in a post about wiring speakers instead of in a post that has nothing to do with speaker wiring. Better yet, submit a whole new thread/question instead of resurrecting a 6-year old post that has nothing to do with speaker wiring or speaker impedances. That's now the interwebs works.

Re: NEED CAR AUDIO ADVICE!!!

I heard that Rockford Fosgate is a better speaker brand compared to Kenwood but I found a pair of Kenwood 6x9s with a higher wattage then then the Rockford Fosgate 6x9s the Kenwoods KFC-1665S is a 6x9" 400W 3-Way and the Rockford Fosgate R169X3 is a 6x9" 260W 3 Way which is better?
