*NEW* Internet Explorer Security Hole !

Internet Explorer is NOT secure.. again!Earlier this week Microsoft announced a new security hole in Internet Explorer version 6, 7, 8 and 9 running on (fully patched) versions of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and even Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.

This security hole, with no fixes or patches will allow (and is already allowing) hackers to to take full control of your computer.

Although there are temporary work-arounds and hoops to jump through to lessen the risk of using Internet Explorer, the most sensible thing to do, it seems, is to switch to a web-browser that is not constantly crawling with security issues.  Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are both free and can both be used on all versions of Windows and are quick and simple to installed.  When installing Chrome or Firefox it is not necessary to uninstall Internet Explorer.

Google Chrome can be downloaded here: Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox can be downloaded here: Mozilla Firefox
