icloud control panel for Windows notificaitons

As far as i know, when you log in to the iCloud Control Panel for Windows on a PC for the first time, all other devices using that same iCloud account will recieve a notification (if those devices are on iOS6 and if it is the newest version of iCloud Control Panel for Windows). I have not tested this, but i am assuming the iCloud Control Panel for Windows updated and realeased with iOS 6 does the same things as on the Mac with regard to notifications

going to www.icloud.com is very different from installing the iCloud Control panel and signing in to it.

Re: icloud control panel for Windows notifications
If you login in for the first time on an iPad i know it sends a pop up notification to all devices and an email, but does that include sending a pop up notification to a Mac computer/pc like it does to the iPad and iPhones? I appreciate your knowledge and expertise!

Re: notifications that iCloud account is logged into

I am trying to view my preteen imessages on her Iphone 4. She is only 14 and started High School. Im concerned about new friendships with older (senior) kids and all what goes on. She has the updated IOS 6 version. For this I will be using an ipod touch on my end. I have the iphone5 and Ipad but because she has access to these devices around the house, I wouldn't want her to see that her account is there. I know her icloud username and passcode. My question is: how quickly after you set up the icloud account, will she get a notification on her mac/iphone? Is there a way that pop up notifications could be disabled?. I have seen those notifications on my own devices and they flash so quickly that I think that If I configured the id of the ipod to her name, she will read it fast enough that will assume her phone is connecting with icloud.

Any ideas? A concerned mom. TY

how quickly after you set up the icloud account, will she get a notification on her mac/iphone: All of my notifications came pretty much instantly

Is there a way that pop up notifications could be disabled? : No

Remember - this will only allow you to get copies of her iMessages. You will not see regular SMS/TXT/MMS messages.. or conversations in the real world.
