look just try to get over the pain of falling however many stories like I started scaling theaters at my school and I would've fallen thousands of times before I got to the top and every time I fell like it would hurt like hell but now I'm scaling that theater and jumping off the roof and I don't really even need to roll cause I've trained myself not to feel pain of impact and for some reason it works. so have fun falling and running and whatever else you do that you wing about.
like wot tho i dont understand i jump of walls 45-50 ft high and wen i drop i make sure i role because wen u roll the impact of the landing spreads out over youre entire body making it easier to land i have been free running for 9 munths now and only broke ma wrist
well yeah i did hurt myself..(sprsined ankle) but i did i 7-8 feet jump. but i ddnt kno
wat do u think i should do when i jump high or low. i mean do i roll?

if the jump is somthing like a drop down land on your toes and land on hands and feet
if the jump is a far jump you roll
never jump down/drop and roll :3
remember that as soon as you feel your feet hit the ground roll. practice rolling til you get it and dont do the high jumps until you have the shorter jumps down and perfect and always have a pro traucer watching you.
look people do know about free running through like movies, shows & Assassins creed like I've been doing free running for a year now and like people who see me asked where I learnt and when I say I just copied off movies, shows & Assassins creed they are shocked the only reason where there aren't many free runners is because people are afraid they may hurt

maybe try learning a few simple vaults dash monkey lazy are all preety simple

you should roll as soon as your toes hit the ground and try to roll no matter what hight its a really good habbit to get into to stop injury
