Ths looks so yummy. I am a big fan of strawberries and so are my in-laws. I'm always looking for strawberry desserts to impress my father-in-law. Thanks for this Green.

That looks so great!  I'm also a strawberry lovin' girl.

And I'm also a fan of semi-homemade recipes.  This looks perfect :)

Look waaaay good. Do u think it would work to just do one angel food cake? Im guessing just cfut all the proportions in half?

I am sure that would work I have only made it for parties so thats why the cake is so big. Oh, actually I have hollowed out cupcakes and used this recipe minus the strawberry preserves.. was yummy :)

Boysenberry is good too. I just choose a seedless jam with no additional extract flavoring

Ever seen the strawberry cake mix?  The cake comes out all pink and strawberrily delicious tasting?  I'm thinking that as a cupcake, hollowed out and filled with homemade chocolate mousse...time for me to perform a baking experiment...

Oi, why you want to cut down on proportions?  We have big familia here, we need all the pink birthday cake we can get! lol  ;)

Hollowing out cupcakes is the best :) You can fill with puddings, custard....*sigh* I'm getting hungry :(
