You can't "get rid of dis" .. It is done. The records still exist and they won't go away.
PS: The word you are struggling so much with is "this".

Correct me if i am wrong, but i am pretty sure that once a Facebook account is permanently deleted (not deactivated), no information related to the account is available on FaceBook servers. The messages will still appear in the recipient's inbox, but the sender's name will appear as "FaceBook User". So no I.P address information will be available from FaceBook servers. Also my guess is that ISPs retain IP addresses for some specific time, which means that if a message was sent months back, the ISP might not have the IP address information for that message.

You are wrong.
The IP address and any other information for a permanently deleted account, although no longer visible to a Facebook user, is still there, and available to Facebook or the law enforcement community. Facebook does not tell us how long they retain this data, but it is at least one year.

You are right about the ISP's only retaining data for a certain time, but that time is a MINIMUM of 1-year. It is the customer's use of a particular IP address that they retain. So Facebook says "this message was sent on date M/D/YY from IP xx.xx.xxx.xx" and then the ISP says, "oh, on M/D/YY, the IP address of xx.xx.xxx.xx was in use by CUSTOMER X" .. Then the police say "Book'em Dano" ...

@AnonyMan
@Tariq

can anyone access to the IP addres/ISP or only the Law Enforcement. And can I know how do they do it?

IP addresses are not private. Every website you visit knows your IP address and every email you send has your IP address in it.
However there is no information other than who your ISP is associated with an IP address, so knowing someone's IP address is useless.

To get more information about who is using that IP address you generally need a law enforcement request (law enforcement only) or a court-order to force the ISP to give out their private customer information about who was using a particular IP.

Re: Can police track a FaceBook message back to my phone?

Ok...i created a fake Facebook account...
My boyfriend's ex-wife has been a pain in the ass so i messaged her husband stating facts that are true but never threaten anyone.
Can they track my ip adress if they get a warrant or can they know from which phone it came from?
Im shitting bricks.
The message wasnt directed to her it was sent to her husband.
Can she still take legal action.?

Yes, with a warrant law enforcement can track down the message to the phone, and to you and yes, she could take legal action.
BUT
If no laws were broken and no threats were made, the police arent going to bother with what is nothing more than baby-momma-drama or whatever. She could hire an attorney to get the subpoenas to also track you down but that would take a LOT of lawyer-time, meaning a LOT of money.
So basically, as long as you didnt break the law or make threats, etc, you are fine - unless she's rich or has a relative that is a lawyer and likes working for free. Then, you're screwed.

Re: question to your answer.

Ok this is what happened.... I made a fake profile and about a month and a half ago i messaged my boyfriends ex wifes husband.. Not her.
The message was to him stating some information since she was causing problems on my side.
This happened in november. Now she wants to find out who sent that man who she is not involved at all the message.
Can she still take this matter to the police i never threatened her or him in that message.
Or will they tell her she took too long to say something.

Re: question to your answer.

I'm not following why she would take it to the police. What laws were broken?
