Not sure if they have Dollar tree where you are but if they do ...believe it or not they carry an aisle full of acid free scrapbooking pages, stickers and special accessories.

I had the right to remain silent... but I didn't have the ability.

I don't scrapbook, but I do a bit of needlework, so I'm assuming it's almost the same.  When I get things framed, I always ask for acid free backing and matting.  Over time, dyes with acid can deteriorate, and can eventually ruin whatever it is you were trying to protect by putting it in a frame in the first place.  You might try googling something along the lines of archival quality paper for a slightly more coherent/less cold medicine induced answer, lol....

You are right LadyC. They make everything for scrapbooking "acid free". If you don't use acid free eventually it will ruin your pictures. (Not bad for a cold medicine induced haze.....lol)

You'll definitely be using that with your daughter.  And her friends will love it!!  Two weekends ago they used a whole role of the magnet while they were cutting pictures out of magazines......lol.  When we paint my daughters room we are thinking of making one wall magnetic however if I have too lazy we will get the galvanized squares from Pottery Barn Teen.......lol

Well you caught me on a good night because we have been planning on re-doing her room for a while now.  New furniture (thank god maybe all her clothes will actually fit in her room now!).  A new "paint job"! We started at lime green and hot pink then went to purple and brown and now she is onto orange and blue.......keep in mind her walls have been white since she was born...lol.  So I think she so excited about finally getting a color that she just can't pick...LOL.  I think her final choice is orange and blue so we will see.  They have these great things at Home Depot called wall pops.  The are like plate sized circles and squars and stripes and we are going to make kind of like polka dots on her wall but mom won't have to try and paint them (yeah!!)

I am big on digital scrapbooking too! I enjoyed hand doing it for a while, but it got sooo expensive! Online people put out so many wonderful freebies, I really don't spend much money at all! Here are three of my fave freebie sites! :) Just google scrapbooking freebies. There is a TON of stuff out there!
