Sim cards
I called my husband's cell from another cell phone and the call rang back to my landline. I checked and his phone had not been forwarded according to the settings. He even said he had no idea how to forward calls. I think he's lying and is using two SIM cards . What do you think?

I'm not clear on how/why using 2 SIM cards would have anything to do with a call forwarding to your home number. Can you expand on that?

Re: Sim cards
Because I believe that while he was using a second SIM card had to forward the calls from the first SIM somewhere. iPhones don't forward calls unless the number is typed in. My husband says he has never forwarded a call and has no clue as to how. The "glitch" miraculously resolved when he got home

Re: Sim cards

ok. but i'm not clear on why if he was doing something secret he would forward calls to your house?

Re: Sim cards
Because he denies knowing how to even forward. The issue miraculously resolved when he got home. I checked the phone and no forwarding number was typed in.

Re: Sim cards

But why.. if he was trying to hide something from you.. would he forward all of his calls to your landland..where you are likely to answer the call? I'm sorry, i'm just not following the logic.

Re: Sim cards
I'm simply trying to have someone give me a reasonable explanation. What could've happened? Calls don't randomly get forwarded to another number and the situation resolving spontaneously. This happened on two separate occasions and resolved spontaneously

Re: Sim cards
He is obviously lying to you. Exactly what he's doing nobody can tell you, but something is going on.

Re: Sim cards
Is your response due to something you know happens...I read online that on some phones when going from one sim to another one sim has to be forwarded to another phone....I'm simply trying to understand. Tell me why you think that please

Re: Sim cards
Where else would he forward them to? What if he's family called? He has an ailing mother....the only people to call for SIM #1 are family and never has a business call after 5:00 p.m.

Re: Sim cards
Sim #1 was not in use so he had to forward the calls coming into sim#1 somewhere...this happened because he was using sim#2 and sim#1 was inactive
