Suspicious Text Messages. Spam or on purpose?
My boyfriend received a text from a strange number asking if he liked these "shoes". When I opened it, it was a pornographic website, inviting him to text back or something. Can spam send texts? Or was that because of something he did where his phone number was involved?

Problem is, that it happened the day after I had got my new phone and no longer needed to use his for everything. It had a phone number, and it had a personal greeting. All it said on the text that popped up was, "Hey. What do you think about these shoes?" And a multi media message was below it. It was for a pornographic website. And he denied that he was going online looking at anything like that. But I found it weird that spam could be capable of sending texts. Emails, yes. But texts?
