i put mine in photobucket and then insert the url using the littel link icon in your reply options menu. i dont know if thats for premium members only or not though...

Do you have the picture already uploaded to a website? If so, you want to use the HTML IMG tag:
<img src="http://www.YourImageLocationHere.com"/>
If you do NOT already have your image uploaded, you can do so by using Photobucket. You can create a new account, click on Upload New Image and then add the photo from your computer. After you have done that, you will see a box that says Add to Webpage with a box under it with code. You simply copy and paste that code into your post here and wah-la!
