I've done a lot of stuff with HTML and CSS, websites and myspace profiles and such. I started out using notepad, and then I got a freeware program called PHP Designer 2005 that works really well, and then I ended up getting lazy and used Photoshop and Dreamweaver. The cost sucks, but they make it a heck of a lot easier. I'm also trying to learn some PHP, but it's a lot different. If I didn't already know VB.NET, I'm not sure I'd be able to understand PHP at all.
I've made a couple of websites using notepad...took a class at school and just ran with it!!
To err is human, to forgive divine
Yay to the Notepad Process!
I've learned purely using trial, error, Google, "view source" and copy & paste.
