Re: Wrongly accused of being a stalker!!

A lot of dumb bimbos think they are being stalked, especially through the internet.

You are right, there is a BLOCK and a DELETE from friends.

Its these "non-confrontational" types who think if you do delete or block them, you will retaliate.

Then they file a false police report with shit they don't even remember correctly.

It is asinine, its insulting to people who are actually STALKED and fear their lives, and it ties up courts with real stalking cases that otherwise get people making accusations or wannabe victims.

That, and what you said about the profile views on myspace being a joke (i went from 2004, to only 2000, to 1987, to 2002, to ... etc)

I had the most ridiculous stalking case EVER cast upon me, by a bimbo of a friend who kept me on their friends list, etc.... never dated, wanted to date. never confronted me to tell me they didnt want to be my friend, then called me 15 times in two hours the day after i got arrested, (after an 11 minute arguement where she alleges i threatened her and her family but was screaming at me on the 911 call)

15 calls in two hours was stupid, which was similar to 12 calls in october of last year in 20 minutes because she was angry at me. this basically got this stalking charge dismissed after 10 months and thousands of dollars later.

Re: Wrongly accused of being a stalker!!
some people do it for revenge. They are just low life scum who like to get others in trouble. They accuse of stalking because it is too easy to do it. I think that anyone found guilty of falsely accusing anyone of stalking should be sentenced to having their toung removed so they can not slander anyone else like that. The only thing worse than filing a false police report is blasphemy against Jesus or God (blasphemy is the only unpardonable sin, it is essentially slander against God od Jesus). There will be no liars in heaven, just in hell!

Wrongly accused of being a stalker!!

my exgirlfriend has aspurgers syndrome and you want to know something hard to go through, you should try that. It is crazy and I didn't know that that mental disorder could make all this happen in a short and cost me everything I got just to fight it. and the words are sharper than a two edged sword and it cut my heart out.

She had no regard for my feelings and and she had her co workers running defense for and her friends, when you wave at one and thay just drive off then walk in the house to talk tamara and told her what happened ,that her friend (a Christian) would act like that and she said really and at that instant her phone rang and it was a text message that said (I don't know, but I think he tried to swerve and hit me) and that girl is the one that got her to start this then her boss filed a fake threat report on me for the first call to try to resolve the problem cause they kept saying things at me and about me saying (he could hurt you or he could kill you or he might beat you up), I tried to get her to tell them but she wouldn't so when I called the first time I got a reportfilled by the B.I.A... THAT WAS FALSE C.P.D MADE THE PROBABALE CAUSE THAT HAS 16 DESCREPTANCYS IN IT ALONE AND STILL GETTING CHARGED.

Time for court again now so I got to go oh yeah it is just costing me 8000$$$ and in just getting started got to go if you have any help for me please send help my way.

Concerning stalking, cyberstalking, and harassment

Stop branding people who are not out to harm anybody and have never threatened anybody as stalkers, cyberstalkers, and/or harassers.
The laws on stalking, cyberstalking, and harassment ought to be changed so that worrying about someone, seeking a reconciliation with someone, etc. do not constitute stalking, cyberstalking, and/or harassment. The law ought to state and rule that if you do not want someone to contact you, you must tell the person so directly instead of (1) reporting the person to the police and/or (2) having someone contact the person on your behalf, because these things are despicable and extremely rude. Also, regardless of whether or not it was you who initiated email or other contact with the person in the first place, you ought to be required to tell the person what the person did wrong that you no longer want anything to do with the person in the first place in order so that the person will accordingly (1) undo whatever the person did wrong to you and (2) make amends for everything that the person did wrong to you.
The law also must require that peace be made between all people who have ever contacted each other through email and/or any other means.
Please create and pass a law that makes it illegal for the police to keep files on people who are not out to harm anybody and have never threatened anybody.
In addition, people who are not out to harm anybody and have never threatened anybody should not be jailed, arrested, or in any other way punished for stalking, cyberstalking, and/or harassment. The laws ought to be changed so that if someone sends you several emails but you do not reply to any of the emails but you do not tell the person who sent you the emails to stop contacting you, the sender of the emails cannot be imprisoned, arrested, or in any other way punished for stalking, cyberstalking, and/or harassment. If you do not want someone to contact you, you ought to be required to tell the person so directly instead of (1) reporting the person to the police and/or (2) having someone contact the person on your behalf for these kinds of things are despicable and extremely rude.
It thus ought to be illegal for the police to keep files on harmless people whom someone accused of stalking, cyberstalking, and/or harassment, for this violates people's privacy and gives them an unjustified bad reputation.
Furthermore, imprisoning, arresting, and/or in any other way punishing harmless people diverts police manpower to the wrong person, thus making it impossible for the police to protect people from those people who are actually dangerous.
It is thus wise to make peace between people who have ever contacted each other through email or any other means instead of punishing harmless people.

Re: Wrongly accused of being a stalker!!

I'm in a similar situation, here's what happened:
1) I went jogging around my apt. complex, got tired, and sat down on a green box power generator thingy
2) The green box was across from the playground. (Mind you, the green box isn't my normal resting place)
3) I'm looking down at my iPod, shuffling through songs, when out of nowhere, this girl at the playground is accusing me of being a stalker.
4) I told her I was resting, to which she denied.
5) She hid behind the bushes and said "That's how you're stalking me". I was sitting on the green box shuffling through my iPod.

Recently, I went jogging again, and encountered not only the girl making the accusations, but 5 of her friends. I'm being teamed up on and being accused of stalking the girl - I only glanced briefly in her general direction. I am not handling it well at the moment.

Any advice? Because clearly ignoring them is ironically doing more harm than help. She's gathered a small group to accuse me every time I jog. Please give me advice.

My ex is accusing me of stalking. I love to shop at Walmart. He works at Walmart. If I am in the area I will stop in to shop. Just because I am shopping does not mean I am stalking. He took it down to the courts and fabricated a story. How can I protect myself against this when I haven't done any of the things he said in this report?

Report it to Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart won't put up with that.
